Proposed Write-off for Provincial Offences (City Wide) (Spadafora/Kroetsch) That Report FCS26045, Proposed Write-off for Provincial Offences (City Wide), dated May 28, 2026, BE RECEIVED and the following recommendations, BE APPROVED: (i) That staff BE AUTHORIZED to write off the following outstanding Provincial Offences fines deemed uncollectible, in the total amount of $1,552,801.01: (a) $1,382,215.49 in uncollectible fines with a default date of December 31, 2018, and prior; (b) $647 in underpayments from April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026; and (c) $169,938.52 in fines held by persons deceased in 2025.
