Demolition Permit – 3044 Regional Road 56, Glanbrook (Ward 11) (i) (Nann/Cooper) That Report PED26114, dated June 16, 2026, respecting Demolition Permit – 3044 Regional Road 56, Glanbrook (Ward 11), be received and the recommendations contained therein be approved: (a) That the request to issue a demolition permit for 3044 Regional Road 56, Glanbrook be denied as compliance with Section 6 of the Demolition Control By-law 22-101, pursuant to Section 33 The Planning Act, has not been demonstrated and staff consider the application to be premature. Councillor Nann withdrew the above Motion to allow another member to move an alternative. (ii) (Tadeson/Cooper) That Report PED26114, dated June 16, 2026, respecting Demolition Permit – 3044 Regional Road 56, Glanbrook (Ward 11), be received and the alternative recommendations in the Report be approved, as follows: (a) That the request to issue a demolition permit for 3044 Regional Road 56, Glanbrook be authorized as compliance with Section 6 of the Demolition Control By-law 22-101, pursuant to Section 33 The Planning Act, has not been demonstrated and staff consider the application to be premature.
