Delegated Authority to Accept Consignment Merchandise (City Wide) (Clark/Cooper) That Report PED26010, Delegated Authority to Accept Consignment Merchandise (City Wide), dated June 18, 2026, be received and the following recommendations, be approved: (a) That the Director of Tourism and Culture, or their designate, be delegated the authority to approve, amend, extend and execute all consignment agreements and all required ancillary agreements, not exceed $25,000, in a form satisfactory to the City Solicitor; and (b) That Tourism and Culture staff be directed to report back to Audit, Finance and Administration Committee in 2027 on the progress and impact of consignment agreements for the Hamilton Civic Museum giftshops.
