(j) That costs associated with the purchase and repair of baseball equipment and facility maintenance to Ancaster Baseball be funded from the Ward 12 Non-Property Tax Revenue Account #3301609612 at an upset limit, including contingency, not to exceed $4,000; (k) That costs associated with the purchase and installation of decorations for An Ancaster Village Christmas to Ancaster Village Church be funded from the Ward 12 Non-Property Tax Revenue Account #3301609612 at an upset limit, including contingency, not to exceed $4,000; (l) That costs associated with the provision of free children’s tickets to a 2026 Christmas matinee concert to Sinfonia Ancaster (2023) Inc. be funded from the Ward 12 Non-Property Tax Revenue Account #3301609612 at an upset limit, including contingency, not to exceed $2,000; (m) That costs associated with the girls’ soccer program to Ancaster Legacy Football Club be funded from the Ward 12 Non-Property Tax Revenue Account #3301609612 at an upset limit, including contingency, not to exceed $4,000; (n) That costs associated with the annual Heritage Days event to Ancaster Heritage Days be funded from the Ward 12 Non-Property Tax Revenue Account #3301609612 at an upset limit, including contingency, not to exceed $4,500; (o) That any funds allocated and distributed through the Ward 12 Community Grants Program be exempt on a one-time basis and not be counted toward any formula that restricts regular funding from the City including the City Enrichment Fund (e.g. the City's 30% formula); and (p) That the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute any required agreement(s) and ancillary documents, with such terms and conditions in a form satisfactory to the City Solicitor.
