The Hamilton Police Service is actively searching for 15-year-old Mason Buchanan, who was last seen in Hamilton between approximately 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on August 21, 2026. Mason was last observed getting into a white Dodge Durango. Mason’s family is concerned for his well-being and is appealing directly to him to please contact home and let his family know that he is safe. Mason is described as: Male, Brown, approximately 5'8" tall and 185 lbs Muscular build Brown eyes Curly black hair A fresh scrape on his right arm from a recent scooter accident At the time he was last seen, Mason was wearing: Solid grey shorts with black and white edging Black T-shirt All-black “Sprayland” backpack Black Balenciaga shoes with grey reflectors Police believe Mason may have changed into clothing that was inside his backpack. This clothing includes: Black Lululemon jacket Black “Purple Brand” jeans Black and grey New Balance shoes Anyone who has seen Mason, has information about his whereabouts, or may have information regarding the white Dodge Durango is asked to contact Hamilton Police Missing Person Unit at 905-546-9723.
