Case #: 26-750888 Hamilton, Ontario 1 September 2026 Unlawfully at Large from St. Joseph’s Hospital – West 5 th Campus – Allan MENARD Hamilton Police Service are requesting the public’s assistance in locating Allan MENARD. MENARD is an involuntary patient in the Forensics Program at St. Joseph’s Hospital – West 5 th Campus located at 100 West 5 th Street, Hamilton. On Tuesday September 1 st , 2026, at 4:00 p.m., Police were notified that 47-year-old Allan MENARD had failed to return to St. Joseph’s Hospital, after being granted a day pass. As such, MENARD is now unlawfully at large and wanted on a warrant of committal. MENARD is described as male, white, 5’9” tall, about 190 lbs, short black hair and was last seen wearing a red shirt, blue jeans and black shoes. MENARD is known to frequent the downtown core.
