HSR 2027 Annual Service Plan (City Wide) (Cooper/Pauls) That the staff presentation time be extended to fifteen minutes. CARRIED (i) Nick Chaloux, Manager – Transit Strategic Planning, provided Committee with a presentation respecting PW26030 – HSR 2027 Annual Service Plan (City Wide). Councillor McMeekin assumed the Chair. (ii) (Hwang/Nann) That Report PW26030, dated September 28, 2026, respecting HSR 2027 Annual Service Plan (City Wide), and the accompanying presentation, be received and the following recommendation be approved: (a) That the level of service changes and supporting actions identified through Report PW26030 – HSR 2027 Annual Service Plan, be considered as part of the 2027 Budget.
