Light Rale Transit (LRT) Agreement Update (City Wide) That Report PED26176, dated September 2, 2026, respecting Light Rail Transit (LRT) Agreement Update (City Wide), be received and the following recommendations be approved: (a) That the City Manager, or designate, be authorized and be directed to execute, on behalf of the City, the Commissioning and Acceptance Protocol for the Hamilton Light Rail Transit Project, attached as Appendix “A” to Report PED26176, as Schedule “C” to the Hamilton Light Rail Transit Memorandum of Understanding; and, (b) That the City Manager, or designate, be authorized and be directed to execute, on behalf of the City, the Communications Protocol for the Hamilton Light Rail Transit Project, attached as Appendix “B” to Report PED26176, as Schedule “I” to the Hamilton Light Rail Transit Memorandum of Understanding.
